Our Next Sisterhood of Light is on May 9th

Experience the medicine of sisterhood! Calling out to Soul Sisters!!!

A sisterhood circle is a group of women who come together to support, inspire and empower each other. Our Group Discussions will focus on topics such as self-care, personal growth, and creating a positive mindset. Activities will be designed to foster connection, self-expression, creativity, and more for the highest good of all.

Welcoming Sister/Guest Facilitator Megan

Topic of Discussion: Did you know pressing on certain points of your ears could help ease anxiety, give you the willpower to push through a craving while you're on a diet, or alleviate some allergy symptoms? Auriculotherapy, or ear-focused acupressure can do all of that and more. During this exploration, we'll talk about how acupuncture and acupressure work as well as go over some key points to make everyday life a bit easier! Meagan will also teach participants a few pressure points use on your own.

We aim to create a safe and friendly space where you can connect with your inner self, release tension and stress, and set powerful intentions for the future. Come and join us to manifest your dreams and have fun while doing it!

Our Evening Itinerary Includes:

7 pm-7:30 pm

• Creating Altar/Sacred Space
• Flower Adornment Ceremony
• Sacred Care Rituals & Energy Clearing Meditation
• Breath of Fire (Breathwork) w/ Evelyn "Starlight"
• Intention Setting-Oracle Card Pull

7:30pm-8:30 pm

• Topic of Discussion/Experience "Auriculotherapy" w/Meagan Hopper

8:30 pm-9:00 pm

• Mini-Sound Bath (20 Min) Holy Fire® Reiki sound bath to seal the ceremony & amplify the energy of our intentions.
• Meditation for Worldwide Illumination, Gratitude/Closing Circle.
• Journal Afterwards.
