"Sisterhood of Light" Womens Circle, Sound Bath w/Guest Speakers

Experience the medicine of sisterhood! Calling out to Soul Sisters!!!

A sisterhood circle is a group of women who come together to support, inspire and empower each other. Our Group Discussions will focus on topics such as self-care, personal growth, and creating a positive mindset. Activities will be designed to foster connection, self-expression, creativity, and more for the highest good of all.

This Weeks Topic of Discussion/Experience

Welcoming Sister/Guest Facilitator Jessika of The Awakened Soul sharing:

• Sacred Movement Ritual (freestyle dancing) to release any stuck energy.
• Breathwork and Meditation to let go of anything that's no longer serving us.
• Manifestation ceremony where everyone will receive hand-outs to guide them in writing down their manifestations.

We aim to create a safe and friendly space where you can connect with your inner self, release tension and stress, and set powerful intentions for the future. Come and join us to manifest your dreams and have fun while doing it!

• Mini-Sound Bath (20 Min) Holy Fire® Reiki sound bath to seal the ceremony & amplify the energy of our intentions.
• Meditation for Worldwide Illumination, Gratitude/Closing Circle.
• Journal Afterwards.
